Through his work experience, academics, leadership, and professionalism, Ryan Long is excited to bring a fresh perspective to the valued clients of the Julie Long Team. Ryan has grown up in the Bay Area his entire life and graduated from Monte Vista High School in 2018. He is extremely knowledgeable about the communities served by the Julie Long Team, and is excited to share his area insights as well as his financial expertise with our clients. 

Ryan received his real estate license in January 2020. In 2022, he graduated with distinction and in the top 2% of his class with a degree in Finance from the University of Iowa, Tippie School of Business. His many accomplishments include maintaining an over 4.0 GPA throughout college, being recognized as a Presidential Scholar, and his involvement as an officer in multiple finance programs at the University of Iowa. Ryan also has considerable experience with Investment Banking at a large firm in San Francisco. 

Throughout college, and while growing up in the Danville area, Ryan has always been goal-oriented and dedicated to career and academic excellence. Before receiving his real estate license, he worked with the Julie Long Team since 2018, where he assisted with everything from arranging open houses, to performing comparative market analysis using real market data for new listing appointments. He also assisted top-producing agents with the marketing efforts for homes priced up to $3 million. Ryan is constantly analyzing and tracking real estate and market trends to stay informed and keep clients updated on current market conditions.

His well-rounded work experience also includes academic tutor at the University of Iowa, Campus Tour Guide, Equity Research Analyst, and Investment Banking Analyst. He volunteers in the community and has participated in two mission trips to Guatemala. When he is not chasing his career goals, Ryan is very interested in health and wellness, and is committed to living an active lifestyle through weightlifting, and distance running. Ryan’s passion for real estate, and intimate knowledge of the Bay Area housing market, combined with his work ethic and financial expertise, make him a huge asset to our team and clients.
